This mission consists of:
• Writing of the specifications

• Budgeting

• Hiring of graphic designers, back-end developer, front-end developer for technical development

• Writing and organizing content: wireframes, content charter, pages structure (Adoxe XD), editorial content

• Suitability analysis of the  Content Management System (CMS) to the client's needs

• Organization of the planning 

• Training the community manager in the use of the CMS.
